Customer Returns due to mind change. ALL Change of mind returns are not free and cost of postal return of goods must be covered by the buyer. We are not responsible for Postal Insurance and/or losses in the Postal system of returns, so please use a service you feel offers you the correct level of protection.

We operate a 30 day returns policy. And to be eligible for a return your purchase / items MUST be Sealed (If supplied sealed) and unused (and unopened) and all returned products MUST be in the same condition that you received them in. Original packaging and inserts must be untouched and as supplied. Items will be refunded at the price PURCHASED. Not the market website price upon return date.

Goods such as Books, Magazines, Perfumes, Perishables, make up, liquid based products and gift cards, download codes cannot be returned. Please be sure before your purchase that ‘mind change’ returns on these good/items are not acceptable. 

Equally, any goods returned in a condition other than the condition sent at purchase will be returned to the buyer by return post. However, in certain situations Amroco Group Limited (T/A Roaming Rex) may offer a partial refund if the item has been opened or used instead of a return to customer.

ANY MIND CHANGE RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS FROM PURCHASE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

We reserve the right to refuse any items that have been broken, used, opened without any fault of our own. 

Once your returns have been received, we will aim to check in, confirm by email and refund your original order amount within 3 working days. We will always work, as you will see, with the customer in mind when processing all returns and refunds.

POSTAGE LOSS (UNTRACKED) DAMAGES IN TRANSIT / ITEMS FAULTY ON ARRIVAL

All damages in post are covered by us. All returns as such are FREE. Please email us and we will provide a FREE returns label via email/reply. Also, any items that arrive and are then found to be faulty (within 30 days) we also be covered by our FREE returns policy. Again, please email us:
