Customer Returns due to mind change. ALL Change of mind returns are not free and cost of postal return of goods must be covered by the buyer. We are not responsible for Postal Insurance and/or losses in the Postal system of returns, so please use a service you feel offers you the correct level of protection.

And to be eligible for a return your purchase / items MUST be Sealed (If supplied sealed) and unused (and unopened) and all returned products MUST be in the same condition that you received them in. Equally, any goods returned in a condition other than the condition sent at purchase will be returned to the buyer by return post. However, in certain situations Amroco Group Limited (T/A Roaming Rex) may offer a partial refund if the item has been opened or used instead of a return to customer.
